Webling Interactive: June 2007 – May 2009
Executive Producer
I joined Webling Interactive as a Senior Digital producer, but due to a large expansion early on in my employment, it soon became clear that an Executive was needed to manage the team of Producers, as well as manage the scheduling of the resources which had suddenly expanded. I began working as the Executive Producer, managing a team of 3 producers ranging from Jr to Sr level. My key responsibility in this role was to be the approver for all project related Budgeting & Specification documentation, as well as acting as a sounding board for the producers for Usability, Information Architecture & Technical considerations.
As well as Managing the team, i also had a portfolio of my own clients. Acing as both Account Manager & Producer, i executed a range of Websites for the Australia Film, Television & Radio School, Sanofi Aventis, Ezypay, CSR Hebel, CSR Gyprock and Solahart from budgeting, scoping & specification to development, delivery and analytics.

Senior Producer - Vodafone
As the Senior Digital Producer on the Vodafone Account, i was responsible for the planning & management of all online campaigns executed on the Vodafone website, as well as associated digital media such as banner ads, eDMs & mobile promotions. Working with an Account director & Jr Producer, over a 6 Month period we managed 15 campaigns as well as a major Wallabies promotion, which enabled customers to create their own chant using words provided. I Directed the shoot of the video, Produced the chanting audio & Project Managed the design & development of the online interface which pulled all of the components together.
In addition to online campaigns & promotions, i also managed the updates to the Vodafone Website, with phone & plan information liaising with the IBM technical support team who manage the Vodafone infrastructure.
Euro RSCG Worldwide: March 2004 – Feb 2006
Senior Producer
At Euro i was the Senior Producer on all Interactive projects for Kimberly
Clark Australia, Volvo Cars Australia and Coca Cola Amatil and Corporate
Express. Coordinating the integration of above the line campaigns, digital
executions ranged from online banner campaigns to full website redesign
and email newsletter production, including overseeing a complete redesign
for the Sony Australia website and integration of the Sony Style e-commerce
site into the new site.
Key responsibilities included high level budgeting, project scoping & technical specification, project planning, risk management, quality assurance and analytics.

With Info-Onscreen i Project Managed a range of Interactive media from Websites to CD-ROM based multimedia applications. Acting as both Account & Project manager, i built client relationships to solidify ongoing business, as well as facilitating all projects from Budgeting & Scoping, Design, Development & Delivery.
Key Clients include Pfizer and Hitachi.
Western College: May 2003 - July 2003
Website Consultant / Tutor
For 3 months i was employed by the Western College of Adult Education to complete an Audit & Upgrade of their existing website. I redesigned the website & refined the Information architecture to improve site usability. During this time, i was also conducting non-accredited Courses to groups of 15-20 Adults using state of the art teaching facilities in: Getting to know your PC, Learning Microsoft Word, Getting the most of your Digital Camera, Website Design & Development. This included course content preparation including a student needs analysis and lesson planning.
Vitascope: Sept 1999 - Nov 2002
Multimedia and Web Developer
In September 1999 i began working for full service Online Agency Vitascope. I began in the Multimedia Division as a programmer, and was promoted to Lead Multimedia Developer within a year. Over the course of the following 2 years i moved into Project Management and began managing small independent Videos, Multimedia CD-ROMs & Websites within the Technology & Financial sectors. Undertaking all project aspects from budgeting & scoping through to Final Delivery, coordinating in-house and freelance staff, as well as liasing with Account Service for any ongoing maintenance requirements post project delivery.
3 Mothers creative: June 1998 to July 1999
Multimedia and Web Developer
I began a part time 6 month Internship with 3 Mothers Creative as a final semester 2 course credit (in addition to the NBN Television Internship). After completing the Internship i was offered a full time position, however settled for a part time job so i could continue working with NBN Television.
During my time with 3 Mothers creative i put together Interactive Multimedia CD-ROMs for clients such as Sanatarium & Sebamed, including all graphics, interaction design, instructional design and programming.

Commercial Editor and Camera Operator
I began a part time 6 month Internship with NBN television as a final semester 2 course credit for my Bachelor of Multimedia at Southern Cross University. After graduation i was offered a position as a Part Time Editor and Camera Operator for the Regional Commercial Department, traveling local and interstate to film & edit television commercials.
